Fell off the wagon

Well I was hoping this wouldn't happen......but inevitably  my past cycle has finally caught up to me. 

I'm afraid to admit that I have fallen off of my workout wagon :( :(

I did SO good for 13 days which is FOUR times longer than I've ever stuck with it before. I feel super crappy about not keeping it up, but I have had some of the worst allergies that I've ever had before.

I went hard for 13 days. Last Monday was day 13. I skipped Tues, Wed, Thurs. I worked out Friday morning and had a plan to make up the 3 days missed. Unfortunately that didn't pan out. During my Friday workout my lungs were on FIRE y'all. This wasn't the typical "you've missed a few days" on fire, this was my lungs are sick (I've been coughing like crazy and my chest has been hurting because of it) and they DON'T like having to work double time to breathe. This weekend I just took it super easy trying to get better (went fishin with the honey, so so so relaxing). So I didn't get in a workout Saturday, Sunday or Monday either. :( Don't judge. My coughing has finally started getting better, thank goodness, and so have the rest of my allergies.


Since I've been a total lazy butt, I'm going to just pick it up today where I left off which was day 5 of level 2. So today will be day 5, then Monday the 15th I'll start day 1 of level three. Which means I should be DONE with the 30DS on Wednesday the 24th. So it actually will have taken 36 days instead of 30. 
:( :(

Hopefully Ripped in 30 goes better than 30DS. But until then I just have to focus on finishing this round. I'm still committed to wanting to lose the weight. More so because I just freaking want to try on wedding dresses already!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I REFUSE to go until I have hit that 145 mark.  Hopefully it's not much longer but gosh darn I like to eat!!!

I feel like the kid who has a test in the morning and you've known about the test for a month and you haven't started studying yet. I get that nervous/ uncomfortable feeling of "I have something I need to be doing" every time I go a day without doing my workout. But lets face it.......sometimes it's just flipping BORING!!!

Well that's my rant for now. Hopefully I stay on the wagon for the next 17 days. :)

OH OH OH I almost forgot....remember that wedding I was in for my future sister-in-law weekend before last?? I ordered my bridesmaids dress weighing in at 160lbs. It was kinda tight..... Well at her wedding IT WAS FALLING OFF!! I was super excited!! Irritated at the moment that I had to keep fiddling with it to keep it on my shoulders but I mean dang if that's the worst I had to deal with than I shouldn't be complainin! At least I could zip it up! (and had room to spare thank you very much!!!

I'd like to be lookin' at my own wedding dress in the next 3 weeks...Here's hoping!
