Doubled Up

Yesterday was a pretty cool day workout wise. I went during lunch to do the workout I had planned for Monday, since I took a lazy day Monday and didn't do crap. I also felt like crap and totally had that "in trouble" feeling for skipping out. Thus the two-a-day yesterday.

But I guess it paid off because in a total of an hour and 26 minutes (all together) yesterday I burned 857 calories. Still not enough, but I'm getting there. Need to be burning at least 500 a day.

So if you're in need of some new workout ideas, here's what I did yesterday.

Lunch:
3x 15 reps

  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 40 lbs
  • Bent Over Barbell Row 20lbs
  • Narrow Reverse Grip Pulldown 40 lbs
  • Seated Cable Row 30 lbs
  • Left Arm Dumbbell row 10 lbs
  • Right Arm Dumbbell row 10 lbs
  • Hyperextensions, 25 lb weight plate
  • Deadlifts with over head press 20 lbs

Night time:
  • Warm Up: 10 minutes on treadmill
    3x15 reps
  • Shoulder Press 10lbs
  • Upright Barbell Row 20lbs
  • Side Lateral Raise 5lbs
  • Pec Fly with Skull Crusher 10lbs
  • Front Raise 5lbs
  • Bent Over Rear Lateral Raises 5lbs
  • Kettle Bell Swing 15 lb

Legs:
2x25 reps
  • Heel Pulse
  • Single Leg Raise
  • Standing Toe Touches
  • Sideways Scissors

5 min Butt Buster:
  • 0:00-0:30 = Jumping Jacks
  • 0:30-1:30 = Plie Squats
  • 1:30-2:00 = Lunges
  • 2:00-3:00 = Short Bridges
  • 3:00-4:00 = Glute Kickbacks
  • 4:00-4:30 = Jump Squats
  • 4:30-5:00 = Side Lunges
Hopefully I make myself workout tonight. It's been a rough day, or days lately...
