Feeling like you're in trouble

Does anyone else ever get that in trouble feeling when you know you should be doing something but you keep putting it off? Like when you know you have a test the next day and you haven't started studying yet. Or you just did whatever you were told not to do and now you're just waiting to get busted?...No? Just me?
Well that's how I felt last night before I went to work out. Trev decided he didn't want to go because his back was hurting him and so I was like oh ok well I don't need to go either. Even though I had already "scheduled" my gym session. The whole time leading up to the time I had planned to leave and head to the gym I had that awful feeling in the pit of my stomach that I had something I needed/should be doing and I was ignoring it.

But I decided I wasn't going to plan my workouts around anyone else anymore. We can't always go do everything together. Plus I'm doing this for me. I love that picture at the top. It's so true! Why should I complain about something I'm not even putting the work in to change?! So I changed my clothes, filled up my water bottle and out the door I went. As soon as I hit the gym parking lot that nasty feeling in my stomach went away. I was taking care of business because I knew I needed to and I had PLANNED it! And you know what that got me?! 490 calories burned in 46 minutes!!
I'm definitely ok with that! BTW everyone should invest in one of these puppies! They are amazing! Last night was my first time to use a HRM and it actually made me work harder because I wanted to see that calorie count rise! You can getcha one here

So now that I got in my workout for last night, I also logged all my calories for the day in MyFitnessPal. Which is another goal of mine. AND I drank 100 oz of water yesterday, surpassing my 80oz goal.....btw don't drink the last 25 within an hour or two of bedtime...you'll be up 5 times a night in the bathroom...geeze it was worse than being a pregnant woman! (I am assuming here :) )

So over the last two weeks while I've been thinking about fitness and getting healthy and doing a TON of workout research and clean eating research (you'd think I'd get in shape just by all the reading I've been doing on it!) I've come up with a list of very attainable goals that I would like to meet by the time my wedding dress comes in some time in September. Now these are very attainable goals as long as I commit, and actually do my workouts!

GOALS:
1. Drink 80 oz of water a day
2. Workout out at least 5 times a week either at the gym or at home doing Jillian Michaels DVDs
3. Log all my calories in MyFitnessPal daily (if I bite, I write)
4. Lose 20 lbs.

See, super attainable goals!
