Big accomplishments!

I have made some major accomplishments this week! I gotta be honest, I am super proud of myself right now, and it feels REALLY REALLY good!

I have lost 4 lbs since I started the 30DS. Which means only 7 more pounds till it's WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING TIME!!! Can I get a WHOOP WHOOP! I have also made it to day 9 (that was this morning)!!! I've only ever made it to day 3 before. And not only did I make it to day 9 the only thing I have to modify are the push ups. I do push ups on my knees (the right way, not with my butt in the air) because i have loose joints and bad shoulders and regular push ups hurt. I am making it through the whole 2nd set of cardio (30 sec jumping jacks, 30 second jump rope twice through) without stopping. It burns, but I can do the WHOLE thing! I know that doesn't sound hard but you try it! For reals, get up now and try it. Then let me know how easy it is :) And if it is easy for you, then hush up and quit stealin my thunder! It's a HUGE milestone for me! I've been able to do that all the way through without stopping since day 4. WOOOHOOOO.

And I'll tell you another thing I'm super pumped about....getting to start 30DS LEVEL 2!!!! I've never even seen it. No idea what I'm up for, but I'm super excited about getting off of freakin level 1 haha :)

I'm feeling so much more energized now. Last night was the first time in a VERY long time that I have slept all through the night without waking up..not even once! My arms and fingers didn't go numb either. That right there is a big motivation to keep going. I'm finally getting good eating habits and sticking with them, I'm drinking way more water (about 9-10 eight oz glasses a day) and I'm getting used to that so I'm not having to pee every 30 minutes anymore...which is awesome because that crap is annoying to have to constantly get up and go.

I found this quote from one of my fav bloggers Mama Laughlin (check her out here): “If something’s important you’ll find a way, if it’s not, you’ll find an excuse.”
I'm super tired of finding excuses. It's so much better to just get up and do it!

Oh and I found a new way to encourage yourself to keep workin hard.....If you workout at home like I've been doing....workout in your underwear, in front of a mirror. I guarantee it will constantly remind you why you are working so hard towards your goal! I got up yesterday morning and threw on my sports bra and was too lazy to put my shirt back on so I started working out....then I saw all the jiggle and when the burn got to be too much, I stared at my jiggle and said to myself "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT QUITTING TILL THAT QUITS JIGGLING!" And today I did the same thing....I even think there was less jiggle today then there was yesterday ;)
